You only need a few ingredients to stir fry Cauli-Blossom®:
- Cauli-Blossom® - with tall, tender stems and delicate florets Cauli-Blossom® is quite possibly the world’s most beautiful vegetable. It’s entirely edible, and needs little prep. Perfect to pop in the air fryer for dinner.
- Olive Oil – any type of oil can be used in this recipe.
- Seasoning of choice – we have used Thai seasoning paste in our Thai style stir fry Cauli-Blossom®
- Other Vegetables – you can also add other vegetables such as red onions, green beans, asparagus, Broccolini® etc.
HOW TO stir fry Cauli-Blossom®

Step 1: Start off with heating oil in a wok or frying pan, and then add your preferred seasoning paste. Once the seasoning is aromatic, add the Cauli-Blossom® and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of water and cook fo 1 ½ - 2 minutes till the stems are bright green, and tender.

Step 3: Remove the Cauli-Blossom® from heat, and top with your preferred condiments, and garnishes.
