Cauli-Blossom® is an easy to prep versatile vegie that works with pretty much every cuisine. It’s entirely edible and needs little prep. It can be eaten on its own or served as a side to your favourite protein. Such as beef, chicken, fish, lamb or tofu for a meatless option. Or serve with other veggies such as Broccolini®.
INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
You only need a few ingredients to cook Cauli-Blossom® in the air fryer. Feel free to substitute with your favourite seasoning, and condiments.
Cauli-Blossom® – this is an exciting new vegetable distributed exclusively by Perfection Fresh Australia. It’s got a sweet and nutty flavour, with tall, tender stems and delicate florets.
Olive Oil – any type of oil can be used in this recipe.
Seasoning of choice – in our Air Fryer Cauli-Blossom, we have used a Mexican spice blend.
Guacamole – to serve
Lime – to add tanginess.
HOW TO COOK Cauli-Blossom® IN AN air fryer
Learn how to make Cauli-Blossom® in the air fryer with our easy step by step instructions.
- Step 1: Place the Cauli-Blossom® onto a tray. Spray with oil and sprinkle with the spice blend making sure it’s all coated. Place the Cauli-Blossom® in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Step 2: Cook the Cauli-Blossom® in batches on 180°C, for 8 – 10 minutes or all together on 200°C, for 15 minutes. Turn every minutes to ensure it cooks evenly. The timing can vary depending on size and model of air fryer.
- Step 3: Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with guacamole and lime.

TIPS
Air fryer settings differ from brand to brand. Use the timing stated in the recipe as a guide, adjusting by 1 - 2 minutes for your model. The size of your air fryer will also determine the amount of Cauli-Blossom® you can cook in one batch. If your air fryer is small, cook the Cauli-Blossom® in batches.
