Cauli-Blossom® is an easy to prep versatile vegie that works with pretty much every cuisine, and cooking technique. It can be eaten on its won or served as a side to your favourite protein. Such as beef, chicken, fish, lamb or tofu for a meatless option. Or serve with roasted veggies such as Broccolini®. It’s quick and simple to make. Ready in less than 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

You only need a few ingredients to roast Cauli-Blossom®. Feel free to substitute with your favourite seasoning, and condiments. 

  • Cauli-Blossom® – this is an exciting new vegetable distributed exclusively by Perfection Fresh Australia. With tall, tender stems and delicate florets it’s quite possibly the world’s most beautiful vegetable.
  • Olive Oil – any type of oil can be used in this recipe.
  • Seasoning of choice – in our tandoori roasted Cauli-Blossom®, we have used Tandoori Paste.
  • Lemon – added for a hint of tanginess
  • Brown Sugar – added for a hint of sweetness

HOW TO Roast Cauli-Blossom® IN AN Oven

Learn how to oven roast Cauli-Blossom® with our easy step by step instructions. 

  • Step 1: Start with pre-heating the oven. Adjust the temperature based on whether your oven is fan-forced or convection. Place the Cauli-Blossom® in a lightly greased roasting tray. Add olive oil, and preferred seasoning, along with lemon and sugar. Toss gently to coat.

  • Step 2: Roast the Cauli-Blossom® for 12 – 15 minutes until the stems are tender. 

  • Step 3: Remove from the oven, and serve hot. Squeeze over a lemon before serving.
