Australian Pickles made with Qukes® Baby Cucumbers

Introducing “Dill” flavoured Australian pickles made with Qukes® baby cucumbers. Produced by Three Three’s these tasty pickles have an American style flavour with dill and peppercorns. Perfection Fresh and Three Three's Partnership

The partnership between Perfection Fresh and Three Three’s – two iconic family-owned Australian companies came about from Three Three’s desire to create a premium range of pickles using Aussie grown produce, which previously hadn’t existed on mainstream supermarket shelves. For us at Perfection Fresh Qukes® it has enabled greater utilisation of the entire crop – some Qukes® baby cucumbers grow in different shapes and sizes – while there’s nothing wrong with the produce it doesn’t fit within the existing pack formats.

Rather than product going to waste, this partnership enables Perfection Fresh and Three Three’s to include Qukes® as part of the new McAlpine Signature Range. It is an excellent example of crop utilization and environmental sustainability helping to ensure that all the Qukes® that are grown can be enjoyed by consumers. The Qukes® used in the pickles are sourced from our Two Wells glasshouses as well as from our strategically aligned growers.

This is the first ever partnership between Perfection Fresh and Three Threes with plans for future products and collaborations in the future.

The new McAlpine pickles range is available on the shelves of Woolworths and Coles supermarkets. There are three products in the range – the first being the Australian pickles “dill” flavoured featuring Qukes® baby cucumbers. Other products in the range include Australian Gherkins Sweet Sliced and Australian Chilli Gherkins.

The dill flavoured Australian pickles featuring Qukes® baby cucumbers can be used in a variety of ways such as:

• Add them to your favourite burger – hamburger, salmon burger, grilled chicken or veggie burger

• Use them to make your next lunch wrap or sandwich

• Add the pickle rounds to garden-fresh salads (they are delicious with Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes and Minicaps® baby capsicums)
