Tips TipIf fresh turmeric is unavailable use 3 tsp of ground turmeric powder

    We didn’t have all the ingredients so we substituted and left out some of the items, and I used Bok choy 🥬 with the broccolini which was superb as it stayed crunchy as it only cooks a few minutes before serving. I had all the spices just no shallots or chili/coriander, and we put cashews instead of peanuts in the spice paste. It’s was seriously delicious and I will definitely make this flavour some dish to accompany a meal again. We served it with garlic chicken tornedos (wrapped in a rasher of bacon and cooked in the oven) and basmati rice. 🤩
