You only need a few ingredients to make Broccolini® in the air fryer. Feel free to substitute with your favourite seasoning, and condiments.
Broccolini® - This super simple superfood is a mix of broccoli and Chinese kale. It’s easily available at your local supermarket or independent retailer. Look for the Broccolini® name on the tag to make sure you are getting Broccolini®.
Olive Oil – any type of oil can be used in this recipe.
Seasoning of Choice
Chipotle Mayonnaise – for serving. Can be substituted with other dips or condiments such as sriracha mayo, basil pesto, or ranch sauce.
Lemon – added for a hint of tang.

Step 1: Place the Broccolini® onto a tray. Spray with oil and sprinkle with the seasoning making sure it’s all coated. Place the Broccolini® in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 2: Cook the Broccolini® in batches on 180°C, for 8 minutes or all together on 200°C, for 12 minutes. The timing can vary depending on size and model of air fryer.
Step 3: Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with a drizzle of chipotle mayo.
Air fryer settings differ from brand to brand. Use the timing stated in the recipe as a guide, adjusting by 1 - 2 minutes for your model. The size of your air fryer will also determine the amount of Broccolini® you can cook in one batch. If your air fryer is small, cook the Broccolini® in batches.
