Perfection Fresh was founded by Antonio Simonetta in 1978 and soon joined by his wife Mary. Together with their children Michael, Rosemary, Vincent and John, the family built a fresh produce business founded on hard work, quality produce and strong customer relationships.
Over time, the business expanded beyond farming, growing its network of growers, products, brands and market presence across Australia and internationally.
As the business grew, strategic investors joined to support its expansion. Today, Perfection Fresh is owned by a group of long-term investors, including the Simonetta family, the Smorgon Group, PSP Investments and Temasek.
We operate farms, packing facilities, distribution centres and market operations across Australia, supported by international operations in North America and Asia.
With a presence in every major wholesale produce market in Australia and strong relationships across retail, food service and export channels, we help bring Australian produce to consumers around the world.

Our values guide how we work, how we treat others and how we do business every day.

First there's
passion. It's
not just the
secret ingredient
for growing delicious
fruit and veggies,
it's how you grow
a great team, too.

Second there is
respect. We focus
on building respectful
relationships with
our network of growers and
our suppliers and customers.

We're all for
innovation. In
our world that
means encouraging
everyone to think about coming
up with fresh
tastes, techniques and ideas.

While we love to
have fun at work
we're all perfectionists
at heart. Staying professional
and focused is the only way we can
live up to our name.

From our products
and people to sourcing and
service. Everything
comes down to quality, honesty
and trust. It's
vital in our recipe
for success.
